At Kongnetiman Wellness Centre, we believe that true well-being encompasses mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to support you in navigating life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

We offer both Counselling and Consulting services to meet a variety of needs.

About Dr. Linda

Dr. Linda Kongnetiman is a registered social worker with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals in various settings, including outpatient and inpatient healthcare, addictions, mental health, and crisis management. Her extensive background has shaped her understanding that optimal well-being is a holistic process that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

She specializes in counseling services for individuals, adolescents (ages 12+), and adults, as well as couples seeking deeper connection and understanding in their relationships.

With a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate in Social Work, Dr. Kongnetiman takes a direct yet warm approach to therapy, fostering collaboration and trust. Rooted in social justice values, her practice ensures that every client is met with authenticity, empathy, and a trauma-informed perspective.

Therapeutic Approach

Every individual’s journey is unique, and therapy should reflect that. Dr. Kongnetiman utilizes an eclectic and integrative blend of modalities, including:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
Grief and Loss Therapy
Gottman 1
Motivational Interviewing

By tailoring therapeutic techniques to each client’s lived experiences, she ensures that their needs are met with the utmost care and consideration.

Beyond the Practice

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Kongnetiman enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering for her non-profit organization, and traveling. Giving back to the community and staying connected with loved ones are essential aspects of her own well-being.
